The we drove out to Salvation Mountain and Slab City. Staying in our cars was a must and so it was a nice drive just talking and being together...
The whole trip was good for us and for our kids. They were surrounded by people that love them and that they love. As things like school, gymnastics, baseball, art etc... were all being cancelled, they were surrounded by people that they were having so much fun with and were being so loved on...

Now, we are living in the reality of being home and in quarantine.
We have all that we need. We are getting things done and enjoying the down time as well with a completely cleared schedule. I'll keep you posted if things take a crazy turn for us but so far, we see so much to be thankful for in the midst of this worldwide pandemic. We see God's faithfulness and comfort as he surrounds us and those around us, and we see him moving all around the world.
