Yesterday we had all of the ROCKHARBOR Costa Mesa staff to our house for a BBQ lunch. Events like this is why we moved to be closer to our church family. We desire for them to know our kids and to feel at home in our house. It was a great time of hanging out for lunch!
(Part of why it was so great was that our kids felt completely entertained by all their new friends, and their dad was home for lunch and made them hamburgers!)

Last night we had our new parent orientation for Ryder's preschool...
We have Mrs. Stewart, his VBS leader from over the summer as Ryder's teacher. She could not be more AWESOME! The room mom is the family pastor of the preschool's church and she is just the sweetest. We are thrilled for this year and all that it holds!
It just got crazy real that this whole school thing is really happening!
