On Monday night we signed the escrow papers for our new house. The kids were with us:

We celebrated at Chic-Fil-A.
With ice cream.
We know how to party.
The plan is that we are on track to close on March 17 (Happy St. Patricks Day to us!) and then to get access to the house on the 19th!
