I wanted to make something special in celebration of Easter. I am not one to try new things. I am a definite creature of habit, so it was fun to look for a new recipe to make for Kit.
So I just was going through old copies of Cooking Light magazines awhile ago and came across this recipe for a twist on shortbread. I was so excited about it and wanted to share it with you.
