some more crafting...

So after I did the Styrofoam balls with twine and yarn, I next wanted to tackle a wreath. I know that people have done them before and I really thought it would be a fun and easy little project.

I saw this one at Anthropologie. It is 20 in diameter and can be yours for $148.
I thought I could definitely tackle it for less...
So I went to Michaels, and picked up a $3 foam wreath mold and $4 ball of green wool yarn (had plenty left over for some knit hats...)
After tying the yarn and then looping it around the styrofoam mold (no glue needed), I had this:

I hung it with satin ribbon in our bedroom window. I am really excited how it turned out.
