As summer approaches, we get so excited to plant our summer garden. Kit and I decided to take some time on our Friday date day to plant our summer favorites.
First we needed to harvest our lettuce!
There is something about gardening and yard work that just makes my heart so happy! WE harvested 4 ziplock bags of lettuce and the salads we have been making have tasted so good, if we do say so ourselves...❤︎
We started with a quick breakfast:
Then headed to Home Depot:
Tomatoes, cucumbers, and basil were on our list...
We had such a sweet time together.
