As certain weeks and months have gotten cooler, (maybe we can even say "cold" for those Southern Californians raised in the dessert...) we have had to adjust what Eden has worn to school. We tried pants and leggings and she just couldn't figure out what she was most comfortable in. And then we discovered long socks, and she has been hooked!

If I had to freeze this moment, thinking of her in kindergarten, I would think of her wearing her little "skorts" and collared shirts, her hair done in braids and a bow clip in the front, and her little tube socks coming up from her pink Converse. Mental snapshots that I want to remember...❤︎
