They are back!

 This weekend, the kids came back from camp and they had such an amazing time! 

We are so grateful for all that God has done over the week and what he will continue to do for these incredible students and leaders!

And they’re off!

 This last Sunday, the kids had a big first: They are both headed to high school summer camp with our church. 

I hope they have the best time and we know God is going to do amazing things and that they will have such a great time!

Another retreat in the books!

 Last week our church staff had their annual retreat. Kit plans it and puts so much energy into it for the staff. He loves sending me update photos.

Easter 2026

 We are back from all the Easter festivities! 2 Good Friday services, 1 community celebration and 6 Easter services! It was a full and incredible time with our church community as well as low key family time to celebrate that Jesus is ALIVE! Here are some snap shots:

Easter Weekend Ready

2026 Annual Marriage Retreat

 This last weekend, we got to attend our annual marriage retreat hosted by our church. It was so good! It was led by the Grace’s, who run a marriage counseling center out of Biola. He was our psych professor in 1998 and is such a good guy. They shared so much wisdom!

When we get intentional time together, it makes my heart so happy! I love this man so much.

Christmas Eve 2025

 We celebrated Christmas Eve over December 23 and 24. On the 23rd, we had our Grandi and Monkey papa with us at our services:

We also had the Voorhis family with us and it was their first time at Rockharbor:

We also got to have a special dinner at Avila’s:

On the 24th we got to celebrate with serving at a couple of our services. 

We finished the night with picking up dinner  at Lucille’s and snuggling in before Christmas day:
