July books...

I haven't read as much this month with some of our trips, but I did manage to squeeze in a couple of good ones!

I loved reading the stories of Rabia Chaudry's life, her relationship with food and her family and how they were so instinctually linked.  A very fun read and it comes with recipes at the end that all look amazing! A fun read and I would recommend it!
Curtis Chang did an amazing job unpacking anxiety through a scriptural lens, that also pointed you to Jesus though tools and new thinking through the Holy Spirit. I really enjoyed it and I would highly recommend it, especially for pastors, though I think it is applicable for anyone.
