Last week Ryder lost another tooth. He is so excited about it each time it happens!
I get so nostalgic thinking about it because each baby tooth reminds me of our horrible season of teething when he was a baby. We went to the pediatrician so many times and each times, thinking that he had to have an ear infection for how miserable he was, and each time they would tell us that it was JUST teeth making their way in. Fast forward to now and these teeth just come out like it's no big deal. To be honest, I think parents should get treats under their pillows too when their kids lose teeth, since they were the ones who ushered those little stinkers in as they broke through the gums, caused fevers, rashes and drooling messes, and stayed up lake cuddling their babies to comfort them through all of their discomfort... I mean, if the tooth fairy wants to leave a coffee or target gift card, it would be much appreciated...❤︎
