A School Thanksgiving Party

Yesterday, Ryder's kindergarten class had their thanksgiving parties.  We had so much fun!

 Getting to dress up in their crafts was seriously the cutest!

 Eden and her friend Scarlett.  They are the cutest together!

 The class made butter the day before and they got to use it on their rolls!

Ryder was so proud of it!

 It was an incredible morning filled with turkey crafts, turkey balloon races, and a feast that ended with chocolate faces. How thankful I am for our school, it's parents, and his classmates that have become friends!

My goodness, I love this time of year...

Last week, I came into this little scene:

 When I asked her what she was doing, she simply said, 

"Oh, just school like Ryder..."

"Easy like Sunday mornings..." or not...

We woke up yesterday to having no electricity from 6am -1130a.  We had ants in our bathroom and shower, and Eden had a runny nose that gave her a cough so that she couldn't go to her class at church, so we needed to stay home.  Needless to say, my Sunday morning attitude was not very good...  But then while I was bustling around cleaning ants and figuring out how to make coffee on a wing and a prayer, I came into Eden's room to find this:

It made me come to full stop and give praises to God for the family that I have.  It was God's love and grace on display for me and my heart was full and grateful.  We managed to turn the day around because of this moment... How thankful I am for these two!

 She likes to warm up to things like this at her own pace...

 Ryder has been practicing with our camera again and has been getting such great shots!

We are having lots of fun with these little guys.  

(Now if we could say a prayer that they are all GIRLS!)

Yesterday we went to Disneyland.  It was busy but we were together and we enjoyed every minute of it!

Going on Pirates of the Caribbean and seeing all of the christmas decorations!

 Then heading for a quick trip to California Adventure to see Ariel...

 It was a great day to be together and I am so thankful for times like this that we can connect and make memories as a family!❤︎
