Before and After: our entry way

Being in a two start has been amazing!  We love the layout and how the living space is divided up and we have really been enjoying all the space.  An awkward spot for us, though, was our entry way.  It felt like an enormous white space, void of any personality or warmth, and it was the place that greeted you when you walked in the front door. We figured paint would warm it up a little bit.

We realized that what we painted had to make everything flow.  And because it was such a big space, we knew we would have to LOVE the color and that it couldn't be too dark or too overwhelming.

Here were the options that we narrowed it down to:

We ended up going with the one on the far left.

I was able to get these all framed and hung while my mom was here.  It is amazing what I can accomplish when the kids are being entertained!
With each project, it feels more and more like HOME!
