I have been wanting to take the kids to the Irvine Regional Park to do some exploring for awhile now and we decided that yesterday was the day.
What I hadn't counted on was TONS of wind. We are talking crazy wind, which we didn't realize until had gotten there and the kids were excited to get out of the car:

The highlight of the trip was, as Eden called them, the "pretty chickens" that were walking all over the place:
We are excited to go back and walk the trails and do more exploring! I am so excited to have this park close to our new house!
