Read Across America Week

At the kids school last week, we were able to celebrate the life of Dr. Suess and how AMAZING reading is!

Ryder's teacher had shirts made for each of the kiddos in her class.

I was able to attend a family picnic and reading time where we all sat as families and friends and spent time with our big kids.

I got watch him play soccer and be with his buddies.  he gave me so many hugs and kisses and "thank yous" for coming. I ate them all up.  Those moments will pass  and he won't want me around, so I savored every second of that sweet time together. 

I love our school and our community and I am am incredibly thankful for this time in our lives...
