We decided to update our room by painting our side tables, re-hanging our curtains, and replacing two of our shams that had gotten faded and worn from the skylights.

We sanded them and painted them white with paint that I had on hand:
I can't tell you how much I love this little transformation of our room. Each little project makes my heart so happy!
