Happy Halloween!
Today the kids are home from school and we are excited about all the fun that we are going to have!
As a Halloween tradition, we recently got to go to our old Fullerton neighborhood to go to our friends annual Halloween costume party. (We miss our girls...) The kids had stayed with their Mia and Papa so we were footloose and fancy free!
The homemade halloween continues...

Here were a few little photos from the evening!
Our girls...
In my heart, they will always be our neighbors...
We love them so much and miss them to pieces!
These girls loved on me in my postpartum anxiety and the sleepless nights and long days wile Kit was at work.
They held my babies and fed me dinner and let me cry when I was exhausted and listened to me while I processed this thing called life. We have laughed harder and supported each other in life moments and I could NOT love or appreciate these girls more.
How much better life is with them!

Another Halloween tradition is the school parade at Ryder's school this last Friday...
We made his light saber the morning of because he wasn't able to take his LightSaber to school, since it was a "weapon"... A paper towel roll, duck tape and blue construction paper...
Have I mentioned how much I love his teacher?
They had a fun time and I love watching them grow each year!

Then this past Saturday after our soccer game, we hosted our family for chili and pumpkin carving!
Here were some highlights:
Our finished products!
Gosh how I love spending time with people that I love!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
