I love when the kiddos want to be something for halloween that is a "pair"... We have done Robin Hood and Maid Marian, a mermaid and a fisherman, and this year we have had fun preparing for our Star Wars characters!

So I found a $4 fabric remnant of a canvas material that worked really well! I had to play with the closure since it wasn't wide enough, but we made it work with a makeshift inside fabric flap.

We used the light saber that he received at Christmas, Kit's belt, and his school khakis to get the complete look:
He was thrilled! (and super comfortable for all of that trick or treating that he will be doing...
I will probably add one of his long sleeve shirts underneath to make it warmer if the evening ends up being cool. He can't wait!
