Halloween 2018! {part 2}

On Wednesday's, the kids have early release day so we headed home to carve our pumpkins.  There was no home work and soccer practice was cancelled so we had a few hours before the evening neighborhood festivities started.

Eden also wanted to paint a pumpkin:

I decided to have a costume, after Eden said I NEVER dress up.
I went as "that mom"... If your kids play sports, you know what one I'm talking about...❤︎

Our neighborhood goes ALL out.  One house transforms their garage to a halloween village:

 Eden thought it was very cool...

 We went with friends and neighbors that we have met and gotten to know and love through city sports leagues.  It was our first time all trick-or-treating together and the kids LOVED it!

Also the favorite houses were seeing our third grad teacher and our kindergarten teacher.  They live in our neighborhood and are a highlight each year! 

We are already making plans for next year...
