Ryder has always loved digging in the dirt and helping us with yard work, but his love for gardening has grown exponentially since being part of his school garden. We decided to do some planting so that he could have a little garden at home. He was so excited!
This is pretty much how our garden sits for the "winter" months. Sad...
When summer comes, it's filled with tomatoes and basil plants.
Having little helpers ALWAYS make the project go smoother...
Eden was helping plot out where each plant would go.
We went with a variety of lettuce and tomatoes...
Probably the funniest part of this whole process was watching how Ryder wanted to dig, and take pictures of his plants AND make sure that Eden knew what to do... All at the SAME TIME...

We also planted some flowers around our chicken coupe.
This week marks our 2 year anniversary of living in this house. How grateful we are to be here. I absolutely love living here and all of the family time that it allows us to have.
