There are so many amazing things about our new house, but one of the top things that we love is the neighborhood. It has parks and pools and little walking paths for bike rides that lead to playgrounds and large fields for kicking a soccer ball. We can just walk and when we are done, we can just head home. The other day we went on a nature walk to collect sticks to make pretend arrows.
We stopped at the park and the kiddos just ran around and played:
And after almost two hours, when we were just about at our house, the kids found dandelions:
(Their excitement was palpable! How sweet it is to be a person that delights in small things!)
We stayed in this neighbor's yard for almost 15 minutes.
As we turned into our driveway, Ryder looks up at me and says, "Mom, I LOVE our new house! I love that we live here!!!"
I feel the same way♥.
