Last week, Kit called and asked Ryder to get the BBQ started so that it was ready for when he came home. It was the sweetest thing. Ryder knew exactly what to do: he got the charcoal and blow torch.
He cleaned out the ash, and made sure the vents were open. He made a "tent" with the coal and lit the fire perfectly! He is such a stud. He has been watching Kit for a couple of years now
We then proceeded to make amazing Asian inspired tacos, complete with siracha creme, kimchi, radishes and cilantro.
