This weekend we celebrated our niece Staley's 3rd birthday. She chose to have a chicken party and it just couldn't have been a sweeter party!
There was amazing chicken BBQ and chicken decorated cake pops and confetti eggs and an egg hunt.
These cousins just love each other so sweetly...♥
One of the very exciting things, especially for Ryder, was that Kit's parents brought baby chicks.
(We did have a tiny episode where Ryder accidentally stepped on one and he felt just HORRIBLE! The chick ended up being ok and here is Ryder picking him up and becoming friends with him...)
So we have decided to take care of these chicks for the next several weeks until they are older and can be combined with Kit's parents older chickens. The kiddos are so excited. Well, Ryder is thrilled, Eden is excited from a distance...♥ To be honest I don't know who is more excited, Kit or Ryder...
