My Papa Sal taught my dad an how to make pasta sauce. My Dad makes a killer recipe. Then, my dad passed the recipe to my Kit, and taught him how to make it. When we would get together, my Papa Sal would remind Kit that "this was the sauce that Gina Marie was raised on. She won't go for any of that other stuff..." Kit makes it perfectly! Now when Kit makes it, I watch Ryder loving the sauce that his mama was "raised on"... Someday the recipe will get passed down again...
