I have to brag on my sister. She has made the most precious room for our baby girl's room and she got this idea for a pillow and it turned out so cute! I just had to share it with you...
We found the insert at IKEA for under two dollars and she used some extra material from our niece's bedding. She used iron on adhesive and then stitched around the edge of the Africa and the heart. The finishing touch will be buttons that will enclose the edge.
(Much easier than a zipper, in my opinion...)
