I'll date you forever...

 Friday we had some quality time together.  The morning was all about breakfast a favorite little downtow spot.  When he is my view, I know the food will be great too...

Then we had a date in our backyard, where we spent the evening talking about upcoming travel plans and adventures...

With simple days like this, I plan to date him forever...

Wild card...

 On Wednesday night, the Dodgers won the wild card game against the Cardinals.  If they had lost, the season would have been over.  It was an incredible battle and these two were just over the moon!

Winter Garden Projects

 This last weekend we ripped out our tomatoes and planted our winter garden. It went from this:

I spent a morning using my burning gun to make vegetable markers for the garden out of wooden stakes that Kit didn't need anymore...

(I also used it to put initials on Kit's camping axe, which is why it is in the picture:)

I have been asked 3 times in the last two weeks if these two are twins...

They are alike in so many ways, but different in so many as well... I really love these two so much!

Back at it...

 This weekend, Ryder was able to play after being out for 3 weeks.  He loved it...

Eden was a beast at goalie and playing defense.  Did I mention that it was Silent Saturday?  No one can coach or loud cheer...  So when Eden and her best friend Lila were on the sideline, they were encouraging and cheering loudly to make up for the cheers their parents couldn't give...

Both kids had a win and both walked off the field with a mother ready to pass out from not being able to verbally cheer...

Spooky fun!

The kids didn't have school on Friday, so we decided to take the kids on our second annual Halloween trip to Roger's Gardens.

We had so much fun together!  We grabbed holiday themed drinks at Starbucks, we asked each other Halloween themed "would you rather" questions, ate lunch at Cava, planted out winter garden, and had a family movie night watching the Addams Family.  It was a really wonderful time and I fell in love with my family even more.  Family time will always be the best time...❤︎

Ryder can not stop reading the Hunger Games...  Eden is currently into "biologies" aka biographies.  She left her Ann Frank book at school so tried a book that a friend gave her.  These are the moments that make me think of long evenings of Fall...
