 We decorated the front of our house... I love the we made everything from scratch and they are so fun to pull out each year!

Kit taught Ryder how to out the lights on the house and how to connect the electrical for the Whoville sign.  I may have had sweaty palms the entire time... But they did great! 

Seeing it at night is my favorite!

Decking the halls 2023

 As my friend Trenna says, "These halls don't deck themselves..." So here we are stepping into December with the rooms of our house ready for Christmas!

ROACKHARBOR team night 2023

 This last Monday, we were able to share an evening with our staff, volunteers, leaders, and elders at our church.  What a beautiful evening together.  It is such an honor to serve our community shoulder to shoulder with these incredible human beings.  I am so grateful for this community.  

We see God's goodness on display each and every time we are together.  I love our church!

English Toffee

 We made Our Grandpa Pierce's English Toffee recipe and it was so fun.  

We know he would be so proud that his kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids make the toffee and carry on the tradition!

Oh Christmas tree, Oh Christmas tree...

 This last weekend was filled with holiday traditions and the welcoming of Christmas... On Friday night, we went and got our tree and ate our traditional dinner at In-N-Out...

We pf course had to kick off the day with our advent calendars and Trader Joe's snacks.

My kids STILL love to pull out our kids Christmas books each year.  Many we have had since before Ryder was born and they are family favorites... Ryder reads to Eden and it's the sweetest...

We had our dance party to the album "Pink Martini" and laughed together at all of our home made ornaments and photos of how much the kids had grown...

We read the Christmas story...

And then we all cuddled up with our snacks and watched "It's a Wonderful Life..."

It was an absolutely magical day and we all loved every second of it!
