This last weekend, Ryder had his last game of the regular season. It was his last game of his last season of Majors before we enter tournaments. It feels like the end of a chapter for us. We will be having closing ceremonies soon...
Our Umpire always gives the 12 year olds a talk on their last official game of the season about taking it all in, and remembering these moments, and all that you are taking with you off of the field...
They won 15-9, making their final standings of 16-1.
We are excited to start tournaments and All-Stars, but for now, I'm going to savor these moments that we got to celebrate! Also this stud got to come in as the closing pitcher to finish the game with straight strikes.
Making these memories together is such a gift!
