A friend who has twins the same age as Ryder makes this recipe for her girls and they love it. So we tried it and it was a huge hit.
You simply combine: greek yogurt, avocado, and banana in the blender. (We use "The Magic Bullet") Ryder loved it and I have to say, I loved it too.
