I have been dealing with shin splints since the end of September. It's been rough. I was up to running about 7 miles, 5 days a week. I need to get new shoes and not run on sidewalks, but while I nail down shoes and new routes, Kit set up my bike on the trainer. I affectionately call it my poor man's peloton and it has been working like a dream.
I am hoping to get out there and start running again, but this has been working really well, and I thankful to have this as an option.
