This weekend, along with our amazing friends the Meaney's, we were commissioned as the Campus Pastors of ROCKHARBOR Costa Mesa:
It was an incredible weekend: filled with love, support, blessings, and prayers from the incredible church community that we get to be part of. We feel so supported as we step, as a family, further into this role. What an honor it is to have been part of this church community for the past 8 years. We just love these people so much and we are privileged to call this our church home!

This marks the beginning of Seek Week.
Here is a little synopsis from www.rockharbor.org :
MONDAY-FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 15-19
Seek Week is our chance as a unified body to reorient our lives to Christ and respond to the ways that He might be challenging our daily rhythms. It is a time to slow down, to pursue God individually in new and fresh ways, and to gain a deeper sense of intimacy with Him. It is the chance to hit the reset button many of us desperately need.
“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sins and will heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14)
OUR WEEK WILL BE MARKED BY FASTING, PRAYING, AND WORSHIPPING TOGETHER.
FASTING
As we approach Seek Week, fasting will be an integral part of the process. This year, you will determine individually what you want to fast. Think about what distracts you on a regular basis or what might hinder you from being intentional about hearing from God.
PRAY
Spend intentional time praying and seeking God in the car, at lunch, when the kids are napping, when you’d normally be watching tv, etc.
For details on specific fasts and daily devotionals, check out the Seek Week devotional, available on Monday, Sep 15 on this page.
WORSHIP
We will be gathering as a ROCKHARBOR community each evening to worship together.

We are really excited to see the ways that the Lord is going to use this week in our home, as well as in our church community.♥
