It was a full weekend, but filled with lots of fun! On Saturday, Kit was gone all day for a leadership conference. The kids and I got so many little projects done around the house:
We even made some time for some silliness!
We got so much work done, especially on our front and back yard!
On Sunday, after church, we headed to K1 Speed go karts in Irvine to celebrate our friend Alex's birthday.

Today marks the first day of Kit's two week sabbatical. We have a few things planned but mostly we are praying that this a chance for him to refuel and take a break from regular routines...♥
