We had a great day on friday all together and I realized how important it is for our family... We are definitely going to try to be more intentional to carve out that time.
The day started with Kit going surf fishing with his brother Andrew. Kit caught five perch and felt really good (and cold) about the early morning outing.
Then once Kit was home, we headed out for our favorite little trail loop. It ALWAYS ends with Ryder falling alseep, which is just so sweet to see. We then headed back to our house where we ALL took a three hour nap... It was luscious!
We then headed to down town Orange for an early dinner at Bruxie. It was amazing and if you are in the area, GO! Ryder liked it too!
Then we ended the day with going to a bakery that had been seen on Cupcake Wars on Food Network, the Perfect Circle Cupcakery. It was nice to just sit with our coffee, eat our cupcake, and talk about the week.
It was a great day as a family and we are excited to have more and more family outings and time all together...
