Yesterday we had so much fun with our neighbors for our annual block party. There was such amazing food, great weather and lots and lots of fireworks!
We had all pitched in on a water slide and Ryder loved it!
There was a little parade, which really just meant that all the kids on the street ride their bikes.
Ryder was the leader this year!
Our neighbor did face painting for all the kids:
Eden loved watching everything around her.
She loved going to our different neighbors houses, doing her little visiting, and of course she loved that everywhere she went, people gave her food.

The night ended with sparklers and fireworks.
He was not thrillled about how loud the fireworks were, so first he and kit watched them like this:
Then we moved to noise canceling headphones with his favorite dance music:
It was a really fun day to be with our neighbors and continue the tradition of celebrating the Fourth of July together! We are already making plans for next year!♥

Sunday we are heading to Mt. Hermon for family camp with my family. We are excited about trying something new, but we are a little nervous about how well everyone will sleep...
